SCOTUS opinion

The much awaited Supreme Court ruling on the race-based school assignment case has finally arrived. As expected given the Court’s new composition and the telling questions and comments made during oral arguments, the high court finds in a 5-4 opinion that the Seattle and Louisville policies are unconstitutional.
