Neeley Leaving TEA Time

Texas Commissioner Shirley Neeley is leaving her post July 1, after Governor Rick Perry declined to reappoint her. The Dallas Morning News has the story here. Neeley was appointed after her predecessor, Felipe Alanis, was asked by Perry to resign.
